La sessi\u00f3 estar\u00e0 dirigida per David Casacuberta i Marc Bellonzi <\/strong>que presentaran el web de GuLalab *, i guiaran el debat sobre la Gastronomia Escombraries. <\/p>\n

La sesi\u00f3n estar\u00e1 dirigida por David Casacuberta y Marco Bellonzi <\/strong>que presentar\u00e1n la web de GuLalab* y guiar\u00e1n el debate sobre la Gastronom\u00eda Basura.<\/p>\n

Liminal GR<\/strong> \u00e9s un projecte interdisciplinari de difusi\u00f3 creativa que va sorgir l’any 2010. Durant el seu primer any de traject\u00f2ria ha realitzat vuit caps de setmana tem\u00e0tics d’experi\u00e8ncia creativa i reflexiva sobre vuit mites i automatismes de la cultura contempor\u00e0nia. Els temes que es van tractar van ser el \u201cWestern\u201d, \u201cLes distraccions i els lapsus\u201d, \u201cDem\u00e0 ho deixo\u201d, \u201cTecnologia punta\u201d, \u201cVampirs\u201d, \u201cL’Avorriment\u201d, \u201cM’agrada la velocitat\u201d i \u201cFinal Feli\u00e7\u201d. Per Liminal GR<\/strong> van passar un total de 52 artistes, companyies i col\u00b7lectius, que van oferir diverses activitats com confer\u00e8ncies, presentacions, obres de teatre, performance, dansa, v\u00eddeo-art o concerts i sets<\/em> de dj<\/em>. <\/p>\n

Cuina escombraria<\/strong>
\n Escopinyes amb Nocilla<\/em> i pa Bimbo<\/em>. Pa amb tom\u00e0quet i batut de maduixa. Crispetes amb mostassa. S\u00f3c gandul, s\u00f3c marr\u00e0 i tinc gana. Aquestes s\u00f3n les principals condicions per a poder accedir a descobriments culinaris inusitats. Els pisos Erasmus, els solters amb cal\u00e7otets i les bauxes fins a la matinada s\u00f3n ocasions \u00faniques per a l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria.
\n Els principals analistes culturals apunten que la cultura medi\u00e0tica ha provocat una dissoluci\u00f3 entre alta i baixa cultura. \u00c9s possible una dissoluci\u00f3 entre alta i baixa cuina? Diumenge a la tarda, sessi\u00f3 de pelis mainstream<\/em>. Per qu\u00e8 m\u2019agraden les pelis ianquis i en canvi no m’agrada la mantega de cacauet o qualsevol marranada semblant?

Por Liminal GR pasaron un total de 52 artistas, compa\u00f1\u00edas y colectivos, que ofrecieron varias actividades como conferencias, presentaciones, obras de teatro, performance, danza, v\u00eddeo-arte o conciertos y sets de dj.<\/p>\n

Cocina basura<\/strong>
\n Berberechos con Nocilla<\/em> y pan Bimbo<\/em>. Pan con tomate y batido de fresa. Palomitas con mostaza. Soy gandul, soy marrano y tengo hambre. Estas son las principales condiciones para poder acceder a descubrimientos culinarios inusitados. Los pisos Erasmus, las solteras y solteros en calzoncillos y los guateques hasta la madrugada son ocasiones \u00fanicas para la experimentaci\u00f3n culinaria.

Liminal GR<\/strong> is a creative interdisciplinary project of creative diffusion that emerged in 2010. During its first year of experience has realised eight thematic weekends of creative and reflexive experience on eight myths and automatisms of the contemporary culture. The topics discussed were the "Western", \u201cThe distractions and the lapsus\u201d, "Tomorrow I leave," "Top Technology", "Vampires," \u201cThe Boredom\u201d, "I like speed" and "Happy Ending" . For GR Liminal passed a total of 52 artists, companies and collectives, which featured various activities such as lectures, presentations, theater, performance, dance, video art, concerts and dj sets. <\/p>\n

Trash Cuisine
\n <\/strong>Clams with Nutella and sliced bread. Tomato on bread and strawberry milkshake. Popcorn with mustard. I’m a slacker, a pig and I’m hungry: These are the main conditions for access to unusual culinary discoveries. Erasmus residents, singles in their underwear and parties until dawn are a unique opportunity for culinary experimentation.
\n Cultural analysts point out that media culture has led to the dissolution of high and low culture. Is it possible to point to the dissolution of high and low cuisine?
