HILOMENTAL (Sessions Videol\u00f2giques)<\/strong>presenta els seus nous video-di\u00e0legs l\u00fadics i reflexius, un intercanvi de v\u00eddeos comentats per diferents pensadors, creadors o agents culturals; artistes, cineastes o videoartistes, m\u00fasics, escriptors o cr\u00edtics.
\nAquesta proposta sorgeix de la voluntat de donar sortida a moltes de les perles audiovisuals perdudes per les profunditats d\u2019internet o oblidades en bancs de dades f\u00edsics. Tamb\u00e9 es vol contribuir en la creaci\u00f3 de noves corrents d\u2019influ\u00e8ncia \u2013 de la m\u00e0 de persones preparades \u2013 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels suggeriments que ofereixen les televisions o les estrenes cinematogr\u00e0fiques.<\/p>\n

La nostra comunicaci\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica est\u00e0 mutant, popularitzant-se l\u2019enviament de v\u00eddeos a mode de microprogramaci\u00f3, comentari o di\u00e0leg.
\nHILOMENTAL (Sessions Videol\u00f2giques)<\/strong>\u00a0neix del desig de jugar amb aquesta nova forma de comunicaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com de la necessitat d\u2019aprendre a comprendre, classificar i interpretar la immensa quantitat de producci\u00f3 audiovisual que es produeix a nivell mundial i s\u2019emmagatzema tant en enclavaments online (youtube, dailymotion, vimeo, Prelinger archives, European Treasures, etc.) com en arxius f\u00edsics (Videoclubs, arxius OVNI, eXc\u00e8ntric, Hamaca, etc.). Entre els convidats a dialogar hi ha Lucas Quejido y Javier Calvo per a la primera sessi\u00f3, i esta confirmada la participaci\u00f3 (entr d’altres) d’Andr\u00e9s Hispano, Ingrid Guardiola, Luis Cerver\u00f3 (Canad\u00e0), Jorge Luis Marzo, Miguel \u00c1ngel Blanca (Manos de Topo)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nAntrop\u00f2leg, cineasta i programador. El seu camp d’investigaci\u00f3 \u00e9s l’estudi dels mitjans com a representaci\u00f3 cultural del sistema utilitzant el m\u00e8tode d’investigaci\u00f3 en l’acci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament de les eines inform\u00e0tiques per a organitzar i produir continguts audiovisuals. El 2005 fa fundar el Visual andMedia Anthropology Archive<\/strong>, una xarxa per la difusi\u00f3 de not\u00edcies i pel\u00b7l\u00edcules etnogr\u00e0fiques de diverses universitats d’Europa, Am\u00e8rica i \u00c0frica. Des del 2008, ha sigut director del projecteCitilab-Cornell\u00e0 Social Media Laboratory<\/strong>\u00a0on ha desenvolupat sistemes d’investigaci\u00f3 en la gesti\u00f3 del coneixement audiovisual amb la participaci\u00f3 ciutadana.<\/p>\n

HILOMENTAL (Sesiones Videol\u00f3gicas)<\/strong>presenta sus nuevos video-di\u00e1logos l\u00fadicos y reflexivos, un intercambio de v\u00eddeos comentados por diferentes pensadores, creadores o agentes culturales; artistas, cineastas o videoartistas, m\u00fasicos, escritores o cr\u00edticos.
\nPara sacar a la superficie muchas de las perlas audiovisuales perdidas por las profundidades de internet u olvidadas en bancos de datos f\u00edsicos, y contribuir a crear nuevas corrientes de influencia – de la mano de personas preparadas-, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las sugerencias que ofrecen las televisiones o los estrenos cinematogr\u00e1ficos.<\/p>\n

Nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n telem\u00e1tica est\u00e1 mutando, populariz\u00e1ndose el env\u00edo de videos a manera de microprogramaci\u00f3n, comentario o di\u00e1logo.

HILOMENTAL (Videologic sessions)<\/strong>\u00a0present their new video dialogues that are both educational and thought-provoking: an exchange of videos with commentaries from different thinkers, creators or cultural agents including artists, film makers, video artists, musicians, writers and critics.
\nThe aim is to bring to the surface many of the audiovisual pearls lurking in the depths of the internet or lying forgotten in data banks, and, with the help of experts, to contribute to the creation of new influential currents that go beyond the suggestions made by television or cinema premieres.
\nOur ways of communicating are mutating: we are turning more and more to the sending of videos as a means of microprogramming, commentary or dialogue. HILOMENTAL (Videologic sessions) emerges from the desire to play with this new way of communicating, and from the need to begin to learn to understand, classify and interpret the massive amounts of audio visual production at global levels that is being stored both online (youtube, dailymotion, vimeo, Prelinger archives, European Treasures, etc.) and in physical archives (video clubs, OVNI files, eXcentric, Hamaca, etc.)

Isidor Fernandez<\/strong>
\nAnthropologist, film maker and programmer. His field of research is the study of the media as cultural representation systems using the action research method, and the development of computer tools to organise and produce audiovisual contents. In 2005, he founded the\u00a0Visual and Media Anthropology Archive<\/strong>, a dissemination and distribution network of ethnographic film from various universities in Europe, the Americas and Africa. Since 2008, he has been the project director of the\u00a0Citilab-Cornell\u00e0\u00a0Social Media Laboratory<\/strong>, where he develops research systems into the management of audiovisual knowledge with citizen participation.<\/p>\n
