Un certamen obert tant al p\u00fablic general com a professionals involucrats en aquests processos. La mostra es presenta com un viatge que aterra en diferents punts del globus per observar tant casos \u00fanics de confecci\u00f3 d\u2019una ciutat com tipologies que es repeteixen de manera quasi exacta en contextos molt diversos, convertint-se en lli\u00e7ons pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019urbanisme que ensenyen tant \u00e8xits com fracassos, i generen  el debat al voltant de la manera en que habitem les ciutats i per tant com ocupem el planeta.<\/p>\n<p><em>BOGOT\u00c0 CHANGE<\/em>, dirigida per Andreas M\u00f8l Dalsgaard, visita Bogot\u00e0 considerant els m\u00e8todes poc ortodoxos de dos carism\u00e0tics alcaldes \u2013 Antanas Mockus i Enrique Pe\u00f1alosa \u2013 els qui, en menys d&#8217;una d\u00e8cada, van convertir una ciutat corrupta amb l&#8217;index d&#8217;assassinats m\u00e9s alt del m\u00f3n en una pac\u00edfica metr\u00f2polis model.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nOjo c\u00f3nico<\/strong> \u00e9s una organitzaci\u00f3 independent que col\u00b7labora puntualment amb diferents institucions elaborant diversos programes i mostres. Durante el a\u00f1o 2011 seguiremos colaborando con l&#8217;antic teatre, instituci\u00f3n que nos vi\u00f3 nacer, programando Urbanoscopio, la muestra de cine y ciudad que comenz\u00f3 a finales de 2010, al tiempo que colaboraremos con otras instituciones como el Colegio de Arquitectos desarrollando m\u00e1s proyectos. <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<p><!-- ENGLISH -->    <\/p>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" bgcolor=\"#FFFF00\" style=\"font-size: 12px\">\n<p align=\"justify\">URBANOSCOPIO is a documentary film festival portraying diverse urban phenomena and transformation processes, aiming at inciting public debate and discussion on these issues. A festival open to both the general public as well as the professionals involved in these processes. The festival presents itself as a journey landing on different spots on the plante to observe both unique examples of city building as well tipologies that are repeated very similarly on very different contexts, turning into practical lessons of urban planning portraying both successes and failures, generating the debate on the way we inhabit the cities and therefore how do we dwell on the planet.<\/p>\n<p><em>BOGOT\u00c1 CHANGE<\/em>, directed by Andreas M\u00f8l Dalsgaard, visits Bogot\u00e1 and considers the unorthodox methods of two charismatic mayors &#8211; Antanas Mockus and Enrique Pe\u00f1alosa &#8211; who, in less than a decade, turned a corrupt city with the world&#8217;s highest murder rate into a peaceful model metropolis. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Ojo c\u00f3nico<\/strong> is an independent organization collaborating with different institutions developing different programmes and festivals.
