Durante dos semanas del  mes de febrero de 2011, los artistas invitados realizar\u00e1n sus proyectos  en el parque de Espa\u00f1a de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, interviniendo  directamente el monumento a L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas o en su entorno inmediato.
