Estos son todos los ejercicios que vamos aprobar durante el curso. Cogeremos nuestras mentes para un viaje. Cogeremos nuestros cuerpos también, es un camino con muchos campos y valles por delante. Miraremos las hierbas, el cielo, el aire, y afrontaremos el vacío. Siendo hierbas, quiere ser cielo, quiere ser el aire y no ser nadie y nada… la mayor parte de las cosas del sofisticado de ser; no siendo nada. Este es el punto para nosotros a tener en cuenta. Buscaremos como hacernos nadie con nuestros cuerpos. Acción de hacerse nadie y alcanzando el vacío. Paseo en cuerpos vacíos. Estas son las técnicas básicas que probaremos.
Nos quedaremos inmóviles como un árbol, quizás durante años.
Sentirse como una piedra desde hace siglos.
Respiran como el aire.
Moverse como el viento, como el agua, como el sol…
Es posible que ya tengamos todos estos elementos dentro de nosotros. Ellos solamente tienen que salir de la profundidad de nuestra existencia para ser expuestos.

Description:

A) Every session starts with ‘Cyclic yoga’ as a method for warming up. And then spinal research is a passage to slide slightly through into dance based movements from yoga positions. This part of the workshop takes approximately 45 min of each session. Along with this section, body and mind mutually influence each other in a way leading to absolute consciousness of every movement. This moment is exactly the time for participants to touch the border in between body and mind, between action and inaction, between dancing and station…

B) Next stage of which aims to reach and develop presence in both body and mind, passes through dance based gestures and positions. It means that we consider body as a material to recreate a new body with. In order to do that first we would need to empty body. To empty body we would needs to educate our psycho and then follow its traces in the body (muscles and joins).

C) In very stage and after body-mind warm up, we will start Butoh.

– Dropping body down and/or falling down!
– Waving as water, shaking as fire, moving as wind and quiet as the ground
– To use several points of focus in a single movement
– Drawing the space and drawing in the space
– To create characters by following physical way (sheets and joints)
