Bienvenidxs a la primera edición del Stop Motion Barcelona Short Film Festival!
Un festival dedicado exclusivamente al mundo de la animación stop motion, que se llevará a cabo el domingo 26 de junio de 2016 en la preciosa ciudad de Barcelona.
La sede que acogerá el festival es el fantástico Antic Teatre, en el barrio del Born.
Por la mañana acercaremos el mundo del stop motion a los más pequeños, realizando un taller infantil de animación a cargo del El Bombeto. Y por la tarde se proyectarán los cortos seleccionados, anunciando después a los ganadores. Habrá dos premios: del jurado y del público. El jurado estará compuesto por tres profesionales del mundo de la animación. Así que ya sabes, si tienes un corto animado en cualquiera de las técnicas de stop motion (pixilación, cut out, puppets…) no dudes en inscribirlo. Te esperamos.
**Welcome to the first edition of the Stop Motion Barcelona Short Film Festival!
A festival dedicated exclusively to the world of stop motion animation, which will be held on Sunday June 26, 2016 in the beautiful city of Barcelona. The venue that will host the festival is the fantastic Antic Teatre, in the Born district.
In the morning we will approach the world of stop motion to the children, making an animation workshop with El Bombeto. And in the evening the films selected will be screened, and then, we will announce the winners. There will be two awards: the jury and the public. The jury will be composed of three professionals from the world of animation. So, if you have an animated short in any of the techniques of stop motion (pixilation, cut out, puppets… ) don’t hesitate to submit it. We will wait for you.
